The Oregon Stroke Network is a group of professionals that care for stroke patients in many practice settings across the state. We are committed to bringing together the resources to build a coordinated system of care delivery for our stroke patients and their families. We have been formed around this vision for the past 4 years. Each year we grow in number and have been working to get connected in this care delivery effort. Each of us have individual strengths and expertise that together can make a difference, not only survival but quality of life for stroke patients. Please consider joining us in the effort to protect people from the effects of cerebrovascular disease.
The Oregon Stroke Network will be hosting the 5th Annual Oregon Stroke Network Symposium, entitled: Designation of Levels of Stroke Care Delivery in the Oregon Network: What is your contribution to statewide excellence?, on Thursday (Nursing Symposium) and Friday September 8th & 9th in Bend, Oregon.
