We endeavor to bring stroke survivors, caregivers and families, reliable and current information in response to frequently asked questions and information on credible state and national resources. These include a variety of formats and services which focus on the care of stroke survivors: national and state organizations, publications, websites, social media, smart phone applications, stroke support groups, and available social services.
We desire to connect stroke survivors and their support systems with advocacy groups. Learn how you can advocate at the state and national levels by influencing elected officials’ decisions on stroke related legislation.
Are you interested in learning about and/or participating in stroke research trials? The National Stroke Association provides this information.
We hope this knowledge will empower stroke survivors to live the best possible quality of life after a stroke.
